  Glyphusion was released on the Internet on June 8, 2008 with one customer creating designs live on the web. WowTattoos put a promotional link on their home page and began selling ambigram tattoos at around noon. With anticipation high and customers waiting, the Glyphusion generator created over 10,000 ambigrams in its first 24 hours without a single issue.

  Cascadia Design Studio begins creating titanium ambigram rings and proves that even higher end items sell in a down economy if the product is special enough.

  Ambigram.com gave Glyphusion a very favorable review in its article comparing the two ambigram generators.
• May 15, 2008 - Angels and Demons Released
  The movie adaptation of Dan Brown's book Angels and Demons is released, increasing demand for ambigrams by orders of magnitude.
